I just saw the message you left and did a little research.
I found the two Taiwanese-based airline provide service non-stop to Bali at the price around USD380~410:
- EVA Air/Aug 15/ TWD 12,600 (around USD382.711) [1]
- China Airlines/Aug 14/ TWD13730 (around USD417.034) [2]
- currency [3]
