Wikimania 2007 Taipei :: a Globe in Accord
I am roc, working mostly on Chinese Wikipedia. I am helping the Wikimania 2007 Taipei team in their communications with Wikimedia Foundation, and I am responsible for the work on scholarships.
Language background: I grew up in Shandong, China, where I received formal education in Mandarin Chinese. I write traditional Chinese characters, although I can write simplified as well. I am now studying and living in New York, and I speak English every day.
Time zone: New York uses EDT (UTC-4) between April 2, 2006 and October 29, 2006, and between March 11, 2007 and November 4, 2007. EST (UTC-5) is used between October 29, 2006 and March 11, 2007.
